Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Gritvit application or visiting gritvit.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PG Meta Studios ("Gritvit", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Gritvit. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated immediately.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your profile
• Not impersonate any person or entity
• Not create more than one account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Fitness Verification & Matching Access

Gritvit grants access to its matching features based on verified fitness activity. To unlock matches, you must complete a minimum of 30 consecutive days of qualifying workout activity as detected through Apple Health or Google Health Connect. This threshold is a core feature of the Service, not a bug or limitation. We reserve the right to adjust the threshold and scoring methodology at any time.

Any attempt to manipulate, spoof, or artificially inflate your fitness data will result in immediate account termination.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Upload photos that are not of yourself or that contain nudity
• Solicit money or financial information from other users
• Use the Service for commercial purposes or advertising
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, bio, messages). By submitting content, you grant Gritvit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You represent that you have the rights to any content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

We may remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the community.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain premium features of Gritvit require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through the App Store or Google Play. You may cancel at any time through your device's subscription management settings. Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple or Google. We do not offer refunds directly.

Premium features are only available to users who have already met the fitness verification threshold. Purchasing a subscription does not bypass the 30-day training requirement.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that the Service will be error-free, or that fitness data will be read accurately from all devices and wearables. Use the Service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gritvit and PG Meta Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
